Small Group Sessions
This program is designed for athletes who want high-level training in a small group environment. Group sessions allow athletes to benefit from the energy and accountability of training alongside others. Sessions are built around the strengths, weaknesses, and sport demands of the athletes in the group. Athletes receive consistent feedback, video analysis, and immediate corrections throughout every session. The small group setting allows athletes to develop their speed, agility, movement efficiency, confidence, and performance while training at a high level with others who are equally motivated to improve.



Small group sessions will begin to be offered after August 24th, 2026.
Group Training Packages
2x a week for 60 minutes.
4 Week Program
$55 per session
8 sessions total.
8 Week Program
$45 per session
16 sessions total.
12 Week Program
$35 per session
24 sessions total.

How will my progress be measured?
You will be measured with state of the art laser timing technology to ensure the most accurate results down to the thousandth of a second.

Where do trainings take place?
Trainings will take place at Smithville District Park, Southport, NC 28461

What if I need to cancel a session?
No big deal! We will reschedule your session for a later date. I do not offer refunds for cancellations.
