Speed & Agility

This program is designed for athletes who want a fully personalized training experience. Every session is tailored specifically to the athlete. Their goals, strengths, weaknesses, and sport demands. Each detail of the program is intentional. With 1-on-1 training, there are no distractions and no wasted reps. Athletes get constant feedback including video analysis, immediate corrections, and coaching that is fully focused on their development. This allows for faster improvement, better movement efficiency, and a deeper understanding of how to train and perform at a high level.

Individual sessions will begin to be offered after August 24th, 2026.

2x a week for 60 minutes.

  • What age athlete do you train?

    I train athletes ages 12 and up.

  • What positions do you train?

    Individual and group speed/agility sessions are intended for all football positions.

  • Do you train beginner athletes?

    Yes, I train all ability levels and will design the program specifically to your current level of performance.

  • What makes your training different than a normal gym workout?

    My training is football specific. In order to be the best football player you can be you need to train very specific football movements. With Jags Athlete Development you will perform movements that translate directly to the field. This is much different than the typical movements you will do in the weight room.
